I had a problem which should have taken 2 minutes to resolve on live chat by somebody who is capable of understanding English. Instead I was repeatedly stonewalled, refused assistance, repeatedly given irrelevent and incorrect information. I have been unable to use mobile data since I recieved the phone, and I identified the problem as a simple fix that technical support could have resolved. However, I was refused to be put through to a second tier level of customer service. So I will be cancelling my contact. I would not recommend using ID Mobile if you value your sanity
