I had to contact customer service, and after exchanging several emails, Lamiya finally replied and sorted everything out by cancelling my account immediately. These five stars are truly for her exceptional support.I also want to mention Zubeida, who genuinely tried to help, although she couldn’t resolve the issue in the end.However, I regret to say that all the other agents I spoke to through the chatbox were not helpful at all and didn’t provide any solution.I’m writing this review solely because of Lamiya, who promptly fixed my problem without wasting my time. iD Mobile should employ more people like her.
