I've been with Vodafone for 22 years and tried to switch to ID mobile through currys because of the good value. I was declined for a £10 per month sim card. Absolutely ridiculous. My credit rating is perfect. I tried online and it kept giving me an error code. Tried to contact via the chat and the person couldn't even understand me. Shocking customer service. I called Vodafone to upgrade to the new iPhone and was agreed straight away. I called experian who couldn't see a problem as my rating is excellent and have been left with 2 hard searches on my credit file. They just lost a new customer
