Complained multiple times (over 5) on the complaints portal only to be asked what my complaint is about.. I literally just filled in the form.. Operator says they can't see the form...I just filled in the form which was a pre requirement for the chat portal. I've been without any signal for approx 3 weeks from home despite the signal checker suggesting excellent coverage which is a misrepresentation. I have tried numerous times to get an update but the chat portal just times out and no one answers. Basically the worst start to a new contract.
