shit company and predatory they make it very hard to cancel i would not recommend going with them at all if you can avoid it. If you lose your mobile number you cannot actually get in touch with them. And then they email to fix the problem just spouting I need my mobile number to cancel again this company is an actual joke. Just don’t go with them use your existing provider like EE or O2 least they have no automated customer service.
