Contract had ended and I thought that I had changed my plan on the app and that was me all set however it had not worked for some reason but I did not know. If it was not for a call from ID to ask me what I would like to do as my contract had ended then I'm not sure what would have happened. The agent helped me and set it up for me on a sim only basis and I am happy with is professionalism and attention to my needs. I am a very happy ID customer.
