Today Gemma from IDMOBILE contacted me about the extra charges on my bill, it looked as though the charges were related to roaming (outside of Europe) but as I actually disable the function * before* I travel there might have been a glitch in the system, difficult to actually say, all that said Gemma was really helpful in offering an apology (clearly not her fault) and also offered £5 as a good will gesture for the inconvenience. All in all I’d definitely say that IDMOBILE swift reply to my feedback was very welcome, so a 5 star to them! Thank You Gemma. Best regards R.
