I applied for a 2 year contract online and swapped from O2. My Clearscore credit score fell from 885 to 809 just for applying!It appears that during the application no DD was set up, I don't understand why, but after 2 weeks I was cut off with absolutely no warning. The gate to my property is activated by my phone so I was locked out. I tried to set up a DD manually, but was unable to do so unless I paid upfront 2 months of rental. I am worried how this debacle has further affect my credit score. After a 44 minute wait I got through to a member of their complaints team and asked for an explanation. They promised to investigate and call me the following morning but failed to do so. The situation continues..... I'm trying to get hold of them again to rearrange ...
