Having had a few problems with 02 recently, I decided to switch mobile phone providers from 02 to iD Mobile. This was the first time that I had switched providers so I was slightly anxious about it. My new SIM card arrived the next day after signing up on line (impressive). Overall, the whole process went very smoothly but I deducted one star as some of the information that I received by email /messages from iD was confusing as different dates were given for the switchover date of my old 02 number to iD. So far, I'm pleased that I made the switch to iD.
