So far it's been fine and as a 'basic' user I've been quite happy with my plan via Currys. As yet I've not had reason to test their customer services and hope it remains that way. I've reserved one star as I can't envisage the customer service experience.21/11/2025 - Update to review - I spoke too soon. My partner who took out a plan at the same time as myself was told by ID that because they failed to transfer her number across on time that they would credit my partner's account. This has NOT happened and my partner says that they have no contact numbers to call to resolve the issue. So it appears that support post sign up may be a concern after all.
