I hate doing this but when you cannot get to speak to some real people when you have a issue it becomes really frustrating. My daughter is waiting nearly 2 weeks for a PAC code from ID...she has no data and cannot receive calls. This is the number she has used on her UCAS application and will not be able to receive calls from the universities. 5 calls to ID, went through the same process each time and was told the PAC would arrive in 24-48 hours. Nearly 2 weeks later and still no PAC code. Direct debit is still taken from her bank. I have attached my number in the hope I can speak to someone :(
