I have been with ID mobile over 2 years now and never had an issue. When I upgraded I was told I would receive a £100 Currys voucher between 30-60 days after I ordered. It has now been over 80 days and after going on live chat numerous times nothing has been resolved. They are now saying I need to wait until 120 days have passed until I get this voucher. They keep changing the information that's coming to me and it feels like they are just hoping customers forget so they don't need to be paying out the £100.
