It took me over 30 mins to get my contract changed to a sim only. Not diffucult I would thnk. I also wanted it to change when my contract ran out on 22nd November. I was left quite confused as I thought I was running 2 contracts. As a result of a previous review, I had a phonecall the following day clearly explaining the change in contract. This made good sense and left me much happier with the service. I am left pleased with the responeI have had.
