Already had an account with iD mobile(used this for our daughter) so I added a sim only plan for myself. Then iD mobile ported the new sim only plan onto my daughters number! when I was taking my old number with me from 02. Been doing live chats for 3 days in a row now! last 1 was over 2 hours and still no further progress. Me and my daughter are now both unable to call or receive calls. Keep getting told technical team will get back to me & 3 days later not one email. Joke of a company!!
