I accidentally bought 2 ID mobile contract

I accidentally bought 2 ID mobile. I ask them to cancel the 2nd contract within the cooling off period. They did nithing. So now I'm being charged for a 2nd contract that I don't, thust being overcharged. If I cancel my 2nd contact They are being selfish towards me.
