The issue isn’t with the deal but with the internet quality. Since joining, after the first four days, I’ve never had proper 4G service — not even 3G, only H or H+. The internet is extremely slow and practically unusable. I have two phones, and my Three SIM works perfectly, so this clearly shows iD Mobile’s network is the problem. I’ve had to rely on my other phone’s hotspot just to get online.To make matters worse, I canceled my plan in October (well before my billing date of 11th November), yet I was chased to pay for an extra month I didn’t use. They even threatened to send the matter to a debt agency over £10. To avoid unnecessary stress, I paid, but this is unacceptable. After contacting them via live chat, I confirmed my plan will finally end on 27th November to prevent further forced payments.iD Mobile is not just a poor internet service provider — their billing practices feel predatory. I deeply regret choosing them and would not recommend this network to anyone.
