I joined iD Mobile and received a physical SIM, but my port never connected. I cancelled the plan, yet I am still unable to get my number released. The system blocks every route to request a PAC. The app cannot generate it. The text route does not work. There is no active SIM or eSIM to link the request to.I raised a complaint. Each time I post an update, the only reply I ever get is the same automatic response from Lamiya at the iD Mobile Team. No progress. No action. No resolution. My complaint remains open because the PAC has still not been issued.I was still billed £20 for a service I could not use. It feels like a scam tactic when you get charged despite having no network connection.Other customers should know that if your port fails, iD Mobile can leave you stuck with no way to retrieve your number. The support replies look friendly, but nothing moves forward.I hope iD Mobile take this seriously and fix the issue. I just want my number back.
