The worst network ever. Cannot use my new IPhone Air. Unable to make calls without drop outs.

I literally cannot use my mobile phone unless I am on WiFi calling. Bought a new IPhone Air and had to purchase an e-sim for the 1st time. Bought an ID 12 month contract. First time customer with ID Network and will be the last purchase too. Completely regret this. All calls drop out. This is literally the worst network I have ever been connected to. I cannot speak to customer services. Only bots and when eventually connect to a human it takes too long as not a conversation and having to wait too long between replies. I am stuck with this network for 12 months and am seriously having to consider purchasing another e-sim from a different provider to use my new phone. Absolutely the worst network I have ever used in over 25 years.
