This is just unbelievable how long the responses in chat take. The person I spoke to did not appear to read my messages before answering and kept asking questions that were already answered. They were either poorly trained or were busy doing other stuff. I spent over an hour in a chat with Lizete asking to confirm my notice of cancellation has been accepted and they sent me a lot of auto generated information but not the actual cofirmation.The issue is everything is online and you are lucky if you get to speak to the right person.
