Mobile switch started on wrong date against.DON'T USE ID MOBILE.You can't call and you will be sent to an overseas customer contact centre. Who don't care!I ordered 2 sims. With number transfers on 2 different dates for number transfers on not only different dates but different weeks.MY daughter suffers from Severe Anxiety and this has forced her to tears. contacting id has been a nightmare you can't talk to anyone, and it has taken me over 2 hours with multiple chats including being cutoff before getting any kind of resolution
