Trying to change from an iPhone 11 (eSim) to iPhone 16 was a nightmare. I has informed I had to contact my supplier (ID). After a long time trying to get an answer/some help and advice from the mobile app and website I eventually gave up. Both systems could not seem to deal with my query.I eventually rang the following day and asked to have a simcard instead as it might be simpler, this was sent ok. However, the conversation on the line was difficult due to the poor quality of the line.
