After yet again going to Currys and complaining about the problems I have been having getting and receiving calls and texts, I am still running on just 1 bar. I have been given a new sim which has helped somewhat. Why is it that I’ve had so many problems with this service? that I pay for mthly with no help or guidance when things go wrong. The young man who helped me was very good but it took well over an hour to come to ( what I hope ) is a solution. I suggest that a more regular email upon how well your service is doing and if there are ongoing problems that customers should be informed.
