Spent hours on the on-line chat as the sim iD sent did not work after several visits to Curry’s and several different sims we cancelled the contract as we never once had a working mobile. Now ID keep sending out bills (£6.00) and threatening the debit collectors.PS ordered a Lebara Sim arrived the next day and worked straight away.ID have just asked me to get in touch via facebook. NO as I did that all as well. I think the next contact will be Citizens advice
