I've been with ID Mobile for a few years and I'm generally happy with the service, but upgrade time is always stressful. It's annoying when I have to ring and haggle for a better price at upgrade time - you should be giving loyal customers a better deal than new customers, not a worse one. The phone cover was a bit rubbish for the £30 cost and I got a much better one in a local shop for £15.Delivery was a shambles, DPD didn't give me a delivery slot as promised, or send me a code to tell the courier, so I wasn't home and they left it with a neighbour.
