My husband was transferring from EE because he doesn’t use his phone much and ID mobile are cheaper. Trying to do this has been a nightmare and actually speaking to someone in India is very difficult. He is 84 and doesn’t need this hassle. We have been unable to do the transfer and are now cancelling the whole process. EE have staff who speak clear English and are more accessible so ID is cheaper for a reason !
