Computer Says No

The phone and mobile coverage was good, bought a phone for my wife and then another fory daughter when her contract expired the following year. Problems started when I wanted to order a phone for myself a few months later. For some reason I failed their checks and no reason given. This despite already having 2 contracts with them, a 999 credit score and never having missed a payment on anything in my life. I then tried to order just a SIM for my old phone and again refused. I reached out to ID customer services and was told basically computer says no and nothing they could do about it. They flatly refused to give me a reason why the computer declined. In the end I bought a high end model elsewhere and moved wife and daughter across as soon as their ID contracts expired. Have since added 2 data only SIMs so now have 5 accounts with my current provider as their computer said yes. This isnt an isolated incident as I seen loads of people moaning about it online.
