Poor customer service

I signed up for a year's contract with ID mobile. Mistake. It's like insurance - you only know how good something is when it goes wrong. I had real problems setting up an account online. The default help provided by ID is a stupid chatbot. Eventually I got through to a human being who said that there were problems on the system and promised to get back to me within 48 hours. Did not happen. My contract has now come to an end. I logged into their website where there is a link to end the ID contract. However, when you click on it and error message occurs so you can't. So I have just managed to leave by phoning the complaints line - unfortunately not in time to prevent another month's fee which I would have avoided if their website had worked properly.
