My GF bought a SIM card from these clowns. We tried to switch her number over but the ID mobile website keeps reporting an error. We tried to contact the Live Chat - made it through the idiotic AI Chat Bot only to be left hanging with no customer service agent in sight. Absolute rubbish company.
