The most unfriendly website. I just wanted to transfer my esim to a new phone. Unable to speak to an agent.Thank you for your response, I wasn't expecting one. I was asked to submit my opinion which is why I expressed my experience.On a side note, I have just received a text saying a "payment holiday" has now been applied to my account and unless I make a payment my account will be restricted. I have a direct debit set up with ID, I would be grateful if you could explain what else I need to do.
