Ordered 3 eSIMs for me and my kids from Carphone Warehouse to switch to ID Mobile. One eSIM was delivered the other 2 cancelled saying security checks didn’t pass. When contacted Carphone Warehouse they said call ID Mobile but you can’t call them - live chat only. After ages I got connected to ID Mobiles who said to contact Contact Carphone Warehouse because they did the security checks. They are both one company ultimately. What the ?When I asked the agent where can I leave a review, he hung up (ZiZiPhoo was his ID). AVOiD
