I explained my issue to a representative, and they asked if I could go to a nearby store to pick up a SIM. When I inquired about the delay in posting, I was so frustrated that I requested to cancel the order. I was then informed that I would be responsible for charges until the return date, which seemed absurd since I hadn’t even received the SIM card. I expressed my desire to file a formal complaint, and the representative offered a £7 credit to compensate for the charges and provided a complaint reference number. I’ve saved a copy of the chat because I suspect this isn’t over, especially after reading other reviews.
