I placed an order for a phone on contract on December 9th. The website indicated it was in stock with free next-day delivery. However, by December 22nd, I had received no updates and had to reach out to the support team multiple times, only to get inconsistent information each time. The site still claims the phone is available, but the support team informed me that it's on back order. This is not a promising beginning to a two-year contract.
