I'm trying to save others from making the same error. There’s no reliable network.
I can’t receive calls at home.
Outgoing calls are impossible as well.
It feels like a phone that appears busy but does nothing.
Need assistance?
Good luck with that.
There’s no proper helpline.
No one to speak to.
Just endless frustration and silence.
Attempting to get support is an accomplishment on its own.
A frustrating, time-consuming test of patience.
If you're thinking about switching to this service,
Don’t.
Avoid it completely.
Not even for a moment.
I plan to find something better and switch within a week.
Because anything else would be an upgrade.
