I placed an order for a phone that has not arrived after 9 days. I've reached out to the customer support team, but they haven't resolved my issue. When I contacted the delivery service, I was told that the company needs to reach out to them to initiate an investigation into the delivery status, but for some reason, they are not taking action. I refuse to pay for a product I haven't received. I've requested to cancel my contract, but they are also not addressing that.
