Extremely dissatisfied with the service

This service has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had. I fulfilled my contract obligations, yet they continued to charge me. I ended up paying for an additional month in December, even though my contract concluded at the beginning of November. They deactivated the SIM on 7/12/25, but still expect me to pay £50.73 for a non-functional SIM. Communication is only possible through chat, as they lack a phone support option, which means the contract keeps running. None of this was made clear when I signed up, and I've never encountered such issues before. Now, they’ve added another month’s charge for a SIM that doesn’t work, and since I refuse to pay, it has gone to a debt collector. I strongly advise anyone considering a phone contract to avoid this service; their chat representatives are unhelpful and indifferent to customer concerns. Stick with a reputable provider.
