IDM should not be involved in anything related to people's health and safety! Is this organization even qualified to call itself a property management company? I reported their issues to the council, but it seems they might have political connections, possibly engaging in unethical practices. If this country had a responsible government, the owner and some employees would face serious consequences! Keep reporting to the authorities to prevent another disaster!
