I am extremely disappointed with IDriveSafely. I signed up for their service and later noticed a $5 charge for roadside assistance that I did NOT authorize or knowingly sign up for. This add-on was never clearly explained, and I certainly did not consent to being enrolled in any extra service.
It feels deceptive to slip in additional charges without clear approval. Customers should not have to worry about being automatically signed up for services they never requested.
I am very upset about this experience and expect better transparency from a company handling important driving-related services. I would not recommend them unless they fix these billing practices.
