If I could give zero stars I would. I notified them they weren’t to charge my card in the new year. Never received a renewal. They charged it 3 times. I called them, they said they automatically renew. I explained I had told them not to.Asked for a supervisor. They said he would call me back( rule of security is customer calls , not them, what kind of security is this!) I called back, phone never gets picked up on their end. I opened a chat. As soon as I explained that I hadn’t authorized, savanna left the chat. Dumped me. I called my credit card company. Run people run.Totally unprofessional.As you can see from their reply, they disregard what the customer has to say. Once again, they do not have authorization to charge my card, for me or any other person. Another breach of security, they are calling us out by first names when clearly for security reasons we use only initials. Clearly this is a fly by night business.
