I had an issue with a scammed trying to get a credit card in my name. Started ignoring it, but they sent a letter insisting on more personal information. Wendy at ID was phenomenal helping me, even doing a 3 way call to verify a different hard inquiry on Equifax. She took care of it and even called back to verify i was a-ok!!!
