I ordered the item, collected it, and took it home. It didn't work. I returned to the shop. They didn't have another controller, but presented me with a PS5 controller, assuring me it would work. I asked a friend if a PS5 controller would work on a PS4, and he immmediately said no. I went back and returned the item and a refund was processed. The lack of staff's knowledge of the items was very disappointing.
