Once again, I received the wrong item. I ordered a specific figure but was sent a different one, despite the clear labeling. The figure arrived damaged, and I have not even unwrapped it. I'm extremely frustrated with the support team's generic responses. I expect specific assistance rather than standard replies. This issue needs to be resolved quickly, and I demand either a refund or the correct item.
