Delivery was quick, and the product (Nintendo Wii U) was in good working condition. However, the game pad was coated in gldust and grime, and it obviously wasn't cleaned before it was delivered. The fame pas was also missing the stylus pen that should come included. However, CEX were quick to send one out at no additional cost, and it arrived a day or two later.
