Went into the physical shop to buy an AirPod pro charging case, the shop was delayed opening because the manager was late, had to wait outside with the staff for 30mins before getting in. Then the item which I wanted and which was listed as being in the shop couldn’t be found by the staff. I had to buy it online from their website and pay postage. Pretty disappointing really.
