delivery was quick and items were well packaged i ordered a playstation 4 and control for an xmas gift however when i opened it the button was already broken off the control i took the control back to a shop and they wouldnt change the control because we didnt bring the console with us it would all have to be returned together and they didnt have a replacement console and control in store wed have to try another shop absolute joke i ended up just buying a new control somewhere else jesus like someone put that broken control in the box its not my fault they could have very easily just swapped over the control without the drama wont buy from here ever again
