I ordered an original PlayStation with a dual shock controller. It arrived with no power cable and the wrong controller, the older type. Contacted customer service, they shipped the power cable, fair enough. But for the controller, bizarrely suggested that as that is what the store had bought in, that is what I should accept. Not acceptable. They then advised only recourse was to send the whole thing back. They refused to ship the correct controller or refund the value difference of €10 either of which I would have been happy with. Extremely poor and inflexible customer service.
