I was sold a faulty game and when I asked for a refund I was told I had to create an account to receive it. This is ridiculous. I don't want or need an account and the two blokes that were behind the counter were both very rude and unhelpful. I said to the guy behind the counter that he just sold me a game that was faulty and he just nodded and said 'yep'.This place is shocking. Way overpriced with brutal staff.This was in Douglas shopping centre in Cork.
