I am frequent buyer and most of the times all goes correctly. However lot of times they sell something and don't remove it from their online catalogue. There is no phone contact to check if the item is still there or not so it's a lottery. I went from Drogheda to Dublin few times and returned empty handed because of that losing valuable time. Last example. I ordered the headphones, order nr.1183317. Item was not dispatched for 6 days. When I emailed to ask about they immediately cancelled my order saying item was not available but the item was still available in Tallaght branch. After I asked about it, Ahmed told me he couldn't proceed with my inquiry because I wrote from my other mail that "wasn't registered". When I tried to reinstate quiet with my registered mail, I got the error that mail didn't exist! The point is they preferred buerocracy before helping me. Same day I had disgusting experience in Drogheda branch where they yelled at me and kept ordering me to stand in line although I was just standing aside deciding if I would buy one item or not and not even trying to address anyone behind the desk. I am 53:years old and I don't enjoy rude and arrogant kids yelling at me for nothing.
