Ordered a laptop and added another item onto the order just because we were ordering anyway. Laptop was in stock, money taken waited a few days with but no word at all after the sales receipt. Then an e-ma comes through, no laptop avaliable, no option to question why something so obviously in stock on the system all of a sudden disappeared. (I have a fair idea), no option to even select another and pay the difference.... just ... we cant find it and you'll get your money back into your account at some stage. Money eventually reached the account and the other item eventually arrived. Overall, just a bad experience, thr stores are a lot better to be honest, more reliable and you have a face to speak to. Unfortunately lately there isn't one in my home town so online is where I'm stuck or go to the city. 2 stars because the other item arrived eventually, but cant say much else about the experience of the online store.
