I bought 3 times in a row a 4G/LTE router which was not working. The first time order no 995365 was sim locked although a sim lock wasn't mentioned. The second router order 1142068 couldn't be found and the third order 1144266 was a sim locked router AGAIN although not declared as such. Not only that it wasted my time, but I had the hustle to bring them back.Who feels responsible to check the routers so that they fit the description? The loose of trust in Cex can hardly be regained. Suggestions other than warm words?
