I ordered a PlayStation game for my 16 year old son but I was unable to collect it myself as I was sick in bed. I gave him my driving licence and he went to collect it with his dad. He rang me to say they wouldn't give it to him as the person who ordered has to collect. He explained I was sick and he told the staff member I was on the phone. They wouldn't budge. He left and my husband went in, same thing. Refused to give him the game. As they drove away I checked the email again and it clearly states if the person who orders cannot collect the person collecting on their behalf must have their ID. My husband went back in with this email and got the game but the staff member was not happy!!!
